Kathryne Lenox has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the Central Florida area since 1992 and in 1994 she opened her own brokerage, Regent International Realty, Inc.
Kathryne’s mission is to protect her clients’ interests, to listen carefully to their needs and preferences and to either find the home fitting their criteria or formulate a sales plan to quickly result in a sale of their home. She is well versed in all aspects of helping Buyers and Sellers achieve their dreams of owning/selling a home, whether it is a single family residence, second home or vacation rental home. Also, she has extensive experience with International buyers from all over the world and makes sure her clients are well informed with their purchase and comfortable every step of the way while achieveing their goals for purchasing/selling. She also has first hand experience with new built homes. Kathryne also is fortunate to have her husband David, he assists in the closings and helps her clients with any legal matters that arise before a closing occurs so that a smooth transition is of the utmost importance. Kathryne received her CIPS, ePRO and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource Certification, and continues to take real estate education classes to stay informed in an ever changing market.
